I’m not advocating for all the non-paleo food there but I’m happy to see “award winning blend of prime, dry-aged, all natural, hormone free, grain-fed beef” on their menu. I’d prefer it be grass-fed beef and, that they source it from local farms but I think it’s a great move in the right direction. Maybe people will become more interested in better beef and realize its many benefits.
